The room is small (we knew about it), but clean, warm and comfortable, if we take into account that the accommodation still includes breakfast (not very diverse, but will not stay hungry), the price / quality in general at an excellent level. The work of the staff at breakfast is simply wonderful. The room has 2 European sockets in the bathroom, in the sleeping area in all sockets have the possibility of charging through usb, the adapters are not needed, very convenient! Location is excellent.to Hyde Park 5-7 minutes cheerful step, the same amount to stops metro.quiet, beautiful area, close to the street with a huge number of restaurants with acceptable prices.
A modest breakfast, but it's not a disadvantage for such a price per night.

Everything else was horrible. Noisy, too hot, uncomfortable bed. In one sentense: worst night of my traveling life.

The reception by Luis. He gave us a few very practical tips for moving around the city. The location of the hotel is good. If you get to London by plane, the National Express leaves you a ten-minute walk away. When moving by underground you have 5 minutes to the mouth of bayswater. From there you can link up with main lines like the red one. You can also find several restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The breakfast does not have a great variety but you can find fruit, cereals, salty, sweet.. And everything very rich. The room had to prepare you the typical English tea, besides chocolate, forest fruits tea and chamomile. You could regulate the temperature of the room yourself.
To get to the bed, one of the people had to jump over it. The room, for five days, is too small. There was no closet as such, only some hangers where if you hung your clothes, you sacrificed the mirror. The shower tray didn't fit at all.

Fairly clean place with lovely staff and exceptionally good view to the park. Location - marvellous near many restaurants such as Bella Italia, Pizza Hut and other food places, Natural History Museum and the subway and various bus stops. Also, conveniently near 2 underground stations.
Very impolite staff!

The staff here were really friendly and provided great service. Our room was recently redecorated, small but cozy, and had a clean bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious and filling breakfast and a comfy bed. 😊

The hotel is not bad. There are 2 subway stations nearby, which is very convenient. We got room number 3. It's the smallest room I've ever seen. But it was after renovation and it was perfectly clean. The bathroom had a normal European faucet. Breakfast for England more or less and since I don't eat much in the morning, OK. From food: omelette, beans, English sausages, yogurt, toast, buns. The staff is very friendly.
It's a very small bed. It's hard to fit two of us, though we're not full. We had a basement room. There was a view of the work yard and the stairs. Interfering with staff chatter and their smoking. You can't open the window much. It's a very small bathroom. And the sink is for one hand at all.

Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk available in the triple room. Comfy beds and excellent staff both in reception and waiters during the breakfast.

The location is phenomenal, close to two different tube lines. Walking distance to a lot of fun places and restaurants. The rooms aren't fancy, but the maid service was fine and service was generally adequate. For the price, and for London, it was good value.
The beds weren't the most comfortable, but very adequate: you get what you pay for.
